Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in client-facing environments and a strong ability to manage communication flows across teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly articulate, adaptable under pressure, and has foundational knowledge in project management principles and PMO methodologies.

This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and is ready to grow into more strategic responsibilities within our consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of consulting projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution phases.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, prepare summaries, track next steps, and manage client expectations professionally.
  • Maintain updated project documentation including action logs, project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
  • Support project leads in drafting proposals, presentations, and client updates.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including researchers, analysts, and consultants.
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge management within the PMO.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in client relationship management, project coordination, or business operations — preferably in consulting, government projects, or service-driven environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • High resilience and adaptability under shifting priorities or tight timelines.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile basics, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
