Analyst

Overview:

We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team at Dar Masarat Consulting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and will play a critical role in working with a consulting team to deliver effective solutions & and accomplish a successful consulting project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the supervision of consulting project execution, supporting team members, and ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Support senior members in clearly articulating client needs.
• Conduct thorough primary and secondary research, utilizing various sources and techniques to gather relevant information and insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, as well as attend meetings with clients as needed.
• Communicate effectively with various project stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and progress.
• Collaborate with senior team members to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Support in the development and execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in management consulting or a related industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Good negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
