Associate Consultant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Consultant, you will play a critical role in working with a consulting team to deliver effective solutions & accomplish a successful consulting project.

Job Type: Full-time. Based in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities:

·       Effectively collect, organize & analyze Data to generate meaningful insights (quantitative & qualitative).

·       Supporting senior consultants.

·       Working with a team of consultants & experts.

·       Project execution & monitoring.

·       Proposing effective solutions and suggestions for improvements.

·       Participating in presentations, workshops & meetings.

·       Preparations of presentations & deliverables.

·       Deliver presentations & attend meetings with clients (when needed).

·       Communicating with various project stakeholders (internal & external).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (Master’s is a plus).

- Proven 3-8 years of working experience, preferably in management consulting firms. 

- Experience/knowledge in CX is desirable.

Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Good research skills (Primary & secondar).

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Good negotiation skills.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

- Arabic (advanced to native, a Must)

- English (good).

- Able to develop and deliver effective presentations.

- Excel (Good to advanced)

- Power Point (Good to advanced)

- Good at using process mapping tools (e.g. visio, figma…)
